Does the nominee have to be aware of their nomination?

Yes! For a nomination to be valid, the nominee must be informed in advance and provide their contact details. This ensures they consent to sharing their information, are willing to participate in the process, and are available on all key dates.

I am neurodivergent, are there alternative submission formats available?

We are committed to making our process accessible, consistent, and fair for everyone. Please contact our team at info@womenofthefuture.co.uk to discuss how we can best accommodate your needs.

I am unsure about which category I should nominate myself in.

Please select the single category that best reflects your most significant achievements. Please note that the judging panel reserves the right to reassign a nominee to a different category if they feel it is a better fit.

Why are the awards restricted to candidates ages 35 and below?

The under-35 age limit is designed specifically to identify, encourage, and support emerging female talent at a critical juncture in their career development. We warmly welcome women of all ages to engage with our community through our other initiatives.
