Sharan Kaur

Sharan is a Senior Solution Architect at Salesforce. She has successfully managed, designed and implemented complex digital transformation projects consistently delivering results with her professional and informed approach. Sharan started her career in Marketing & Fundraising at Australian Red Cross then moving to London in 2006 to work at British Telecom in multiple roles from Account Management to Operational Excellence. Her interest and curiosity in helping businesses transform to create operational efficiencies whilst reducing the time from Lead to Cash led her to change careers and retrain in emerging CRM technologies. Her learning mindset created an opportunity to change careers to start consulting and help with her clients with their digital and business transformation projects. 

Sharan is passionate about growing the next set of leaders and developing talent. She manages a team of architects, and mentors internally and externally to drive talent development. She is also the President of South Asia Force (UK & Ireland) at Salesforce helping drive and champion diversity and inclusion issues for the South East Asian community.
