Scott is the Group Health, Safety and Environmental Director at IQE, the leading supplier of advanced wafer products and material solutions to the semiconductor industry, where he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction in all aspects of health, safety, wellbeing, environment and security. He is at the centre of IQE’s carbon reduction journey, with the company recently committing to science-based emission reduction targets. Scott has over 18 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental related roles, both as a regulator and as a senior leader in high hazard industries. Scott has a passion for continuous personal development and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Regulatory Occupational Health and Safety, a BA in Hospitality Management and a Diploma in Management.
