Rhona is a Chief Superintendent in the Metropolitan Police Service, with responsibility for the London Boroughs of Newham and Waltham Forest. Recognised as one of the youngest senior leaders in policing, she is deeply committed to driving cultural change. She has focused heavily on community policing and public trust throughout her career and in recognition of her leadership achievements to date, she was awarded a Women of the Future Award in 2021.
