Peter Brown leads PwC’s Global Workforce practice, which advises organisations on all elements of People & Workforce to help them create and implement strategies that enable sustainable business, financial and customer outcomes. Peter is a recognised global expert and regularly speaks on the subject of workforce and workforce strategy, as well as the internal and external forces shaping the size, shape and structure of the workforce. He also established and sponsors the award winning PwC Global Centre for Transformative Leadership. He leads PwC’s research on the Future of Work including ‘Hopes & Fears’, the AI Jobs Barometer and several key research programmes with the World Economic Forum on Skills and AI.
