Pete Wicks

As General Manager of Worldpay’s EMEA Enterprise business, Pete builds and maintains relationships between Worldpay and some of the world’s largest and best known brands. Pete and his team ensure these companies take reliable and secure payments in store and online. As a visionary, he also helps these businesses grow by making it possible for them to enter new markets and innovate by serving their customers in new ways.

Pete joined Worldpay in 2011 and has a deep knowledge of the global payments landscape, with over 20 years of commercial experience within the finance and payments industry, having also held senior roles at Lloyds Cardnet and Barclaycard. Based in London, he leads an expanding organisation of over 400 people across Europe. He is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse team, and is a valued coach and mentor in the industry, sitting on a number of Boards within the FIS group of companies.
