With nearly 20 years’ experience in UK financial services and global consulting, Kiran has held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Metro Bank, driving innovation and customer-centric transformation in both Retail and SME banking. Currently the Retail Products CIO at Nationwide, Kiran leads a large on and off-shore team, spearheading strategic programmes that differentiate the brand and embed innovative ways of working.Kiran is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and belonging. She serves as a Non-Executive Director at the East of England Ambulance Service Trust, chairs its BME network, and sits on the Performance & Finance and People Engagement committees.
