Katie Catling

Katie Catling is the Senior Programme Delivery Manager for Executive Education at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, where she leads on the planning to delivery execution of their B2C programmes. Katie works with faculty, external experts, internal business development and sales teams on programmes across subjects including; Finance, Social Impact, Strategy, Leadership and Change, to develop and deliver world-class programmes for current and future global leaders.

Prior to working for the Business School, Katie worked for 10 years as a theatre producer and programmer, including the project management and programming of a venue for the Edinburgh Festival for 5 consecutive years. During her time in theatre, Katie was involved in various initiatives supporting emerging artists and companies to help them create, produce and tour their work nationally, as well as supporting the development of behind-the-scenes talent.
