Jenny Baskerville

Jenny leads the development and execution of KPMG in the UK’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equity strategy. Jenny has spent over a decade initiating, co-creating, and delivering award-winning social mobility strategies. Under Jenny’s leadership, KPMG were the first UK business to: publish comprehensive socio-economic background workforce data; set a senior working class representation target; and publish socio-economic background pay gaps. Jenny is the Chair of the Living Wage Advisory Council, a Non-Executive Director of Progress Together, a Board Trustee of East London Business Alliance and an Access Accountancy Patron Group Member.
