Caroline Cater

Caroline has spent most of her career spanning Commercial leadership roles across three FMCG organisations, she joined CCEP in 2010 and held leadership roles in Sales, Commercial Development,  European Portfolio & Innovation and latterly VP of GB Field Sales. 

She studied for her degree whilst working and with two young children so is no stranger to juggling priorities

She is a future focused and creative leader who believes that every business leader has a responsibility for driving cultural change and ID&E as part of their day job.  Caroline has just made a cross functional move to head up People & Culture in GB.
