William (Bill) Jones

Bill has been in the property industry for over 30 years, originally in the UK and Europe and, for the past 19 years, in Singapore. In 2011, he became Southeast Asia Managing Director for RICS, and since then he has held senior global and regional corporate real estate positions with Rio Tinto, Turner & Townsend and JLL, with a particular focus on workplace transformation. He currently works for SBM Corporate Real Estate consultants as Director in charge and head of their Singapore operations.
