She has led major commercial and customer programmes at organisations such as McKinsey & Company, Westpac, Woolworths, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and Australian Payments Plus. She is passionate about creating high-performing, customer-led cultures, supporting women to achieve their full potential, and driving social impact. In 2013, Anne-Marie founded the epilepsy awareness charity Something on the Brain and is an advocate for preventing sexual violence against women.
