Sanjeev Bhalla

Prior to joining KNS Group as Group CEO in January 2021, Sanjeev was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company. In his 8+ years with the Firm, he has consulted some of the world’s largest private and public enterprises on a range of topics ranging across strategy, operations, sales and marketing, digitalization, organization and leadership development. He was named Person of the Year for Client Impact by McKinsey South East Asia in 2018, and also won the HeforShe award for promoting diversity at McKinsey. Prior to that, he worked with Market Research company Evalueserve heading a cross-country team across three continents, where he won multiple Best Leader and Best Team award.

Sanjeev has also authored papers in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership in peer reviewed journals.

Sanjeev is a Sloan Fellow (with distinction) from London Business School from where he received an MSc in Leadership and Strategy in 2017. He is an MBA from Indian School of Business Hyderabad where he graduated in the Dean’s list in 2011. Sanjeev received his Bachelors in Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee in 2004 graduating with distinction.
