Ginggay is a multi-disciplined, results-oriented andand multi-awarded leader with extensive experience in the corporate and development sectors, and has been instrumental in building sustainable agricultural development and peace programs in conflict areas of the Philippines.
In the corporate world, Ginggay is currently Vice President for Reputation Management & Sustainability at Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc., a holding company of the Aboitiz Group that has extensive businesses and leadership positions in the power, banking, food, land and infrastructure sectors in the Philippines and across the South East Asia, and has disclosed its commitments to the UN Sustainable Development Goals as part of the group’s contributions to the global sustainability goals.
In the development sector, since 2016, she leads the Negosyo for Peace (Business for Peace) Programs, Agripreneurship Mentorship and Inclusive Agri-Business programs for the office of the Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion. She holds the official designation as GoNegosyo’s Senior Adviser for Agripreneurship, and Programs Head for Bangsamoro Region for peace and development.
