As the CEO for Mercer Singapore, Peta is responsible for delivering profitable growth and day-to-day management of Mercer’s financial drivers through project delivery excellence, inorganic opportunities to extend the portfolio, and investment in people who bring the best capability to clients wanting to create healthy, wealthy and talented workforces.

 

With many years spent advising multinationals on change and workforce transformation, and a background in organizational psychology, Peta is passionate about making a difference to the way work works and always look to drive high performance through people in an authentic and sustainable way.  Prior to joining Mercer, Peta ran IBM’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Consulting business with specific emphasis on Women in Leadership programmes and Inclusive Leadership Assessments, before moving to KPMG to lead their People & Change Advisory Business in Singapore.

 

Based in ASEAN for the past 5 years, Peta has worked around the region on projects such as advising an Indonesian telco on their Digital 2020 Ambition, assisting a US insurer with acquisition aspirations across ASEAN to build the right HR & Change workstreams into integration plans, and championing job redesign and workforce analytics as part of Singapore’s SkillsFuture Initiative.

 

Peta has recently been appointed a Governor to the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and is the local Co-Chair of AmCham Women.
