Peta Latimer

Peta Latimer is President of Mercer Asia. She is accountable for the performance, as well as the practice and portfolio strategy, of Mercer across 11 markets in Asia. In addition, Peta is responsible for fostering greater collaboration across all four businesses under Marsh McLennan: Mercer, Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman, to support clients in the region with their evolving Risk, Strategy and People needs.

Outside of Marsh McLennan, Peta is a board member of WorkWell Leaders, an ambassador for she1K’s chiefX angel investment syndicate, an active member of Women Corporate Directors and since April 2024, appointed to the Board of Governors of The American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore
