If you are shortlisted, your submitted photo will be used in official publications, social media, audio-visual presentations, and printed materials for the awards. We kindly request a high-quality, professional headshot with a large, plain background (minimum file size of 2 MB).
Alongside a fully compete nomination form, please attach a CV and a high-resolution headshot.
We strongly encourage candidates in all categories to include testimonials, letters of recommendation, or supporting media (such as press articles and marketing materials). All supporting materials must be combined into a single PDF, limited to a maximum of 10 pages.
Yes. The Mentor Category requires formal recommendations. You must either attach a PDF of your letters of recommendation or provide the email addresses of 1 to 5 referees who will complete the recommendations directly.
Yes! For a nomination to be valid, the nominee must be informed in advance and provide their contact details. This ensures they consent to sharing their information, are willing to participate in the process, and are available on all key dates.

The under-35 age limit is designed specifically to identify, encourage, and support emerging female talent at a critical juncture in their career development. We warmly welcome women of all ages to engage with our community through our other initiatives.
Shortlisting
The shortlists for both regions will be officially announced at the end of September.
We highly encourage shortlisted candidates to attend Judging Day. It offers an invaluable opportunity to connect with fellow high-achieving finalists, previous alumnae, the judging panel, and the Chair of the judges.
No formal preparation is required. The interviews are designed as informal conversations with your category judges to further explore your achievements and future aspirations.

Awards Ceremony
We cannot guarantee funding for travel and accommodation expenses. However, we are happy to discuss individual circumstances with shortlisted candidates to explore available support options.
The awards will be held at voco orchard Singapore on Thursday November 26th, 2026.
Winners will be revealed live during their respective regional awards ceremonies on November 26th.
Shortlisted candidates will receive one complimentary ticket for their own attendance. Tickets for additional guests, as well as specially discounted rates for our alumnae, can be booked HERE!
The dress code is strictly Black Tie or Traditional Dress.
Winners are evaluated based on the following benchmarks:
- Significant and groundbreaking achievements to date.
- Demonstrate high potential for future growth.
- Distinctive, unique, or innovative contributions to their field.
- A clear ability and willingness to serve as a role model to others.
