A firm believer in the balance between art and science; intuition and data she has an innate ability to align consumer, market and business needs with creative solutions. Her experience iterates between creative areas of insights, innovation, branding & portfolio strategy to data analytics, project delivery and measurement. This enables her to take a project from articulation of business challenge, design to assessment, planning & embedding solutions in order to drive sustainable business value.
She has worked for agencies and multinational corporations across various regions and industries and she has held various senior management corporate roles largely centered on delivering ‘new’ value.
Her passion to create value has seen her invest in, as well as start-up and operate businesses of her own and she currently sits on the board of some of these. She is equally passionate about nurturing people and talent esp. kids. Her passion is showcased in Winning the 2015 World Brand Congress’ “Asia’s Most Influential CMO” award; SME of the Year Award 2015 for one start-up; Best Leader Award (2013) IHG AMEA for leadership & talent development.
Indian by ethnicity, Fijian by birth, Australian by citizenship, & Singaporean by residence, she has many creative passions but her biggest joy is spending time traveling with her husband and two kids.
