Parul Munshi

Parul Munshi is a Partner with PwC South East Asia Consulting and currently leads the Sustainability practice in the region. She is the global proposition leader for PwC’s Sustainable and Workforce offerings and is a passionate advocate of purpose-led businesses. An experienced management consultant, Parul spent her career as a Workforce Strategy advisor partnering with clients across India and Southeast Asia on developing future-of-work programmes, strategic workforce plans, leadership development initiatives and operating model transformations.

Parul brings to bear this whole-systems perspective when she partners with organisations to enable their sustainability journeys. She has recently led work with Financial Services organisations on Net Zero strategies, Sustainable Finance taxonomies and workforce levers for sustainability transformation. Parul also leads PwC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda in Southeast Asia and is a committed mentor to many female consultants navigating the often complex and demanding world of management consulting.
