Nichola is currently Consumer Insights Director, Asia with Netflix, the world’s leading internet entertainment service. In this role she supports Netflix’s growth by ensuring consumers needs across Asia are at the heart of the company’s strategy and decision making as Netflix expands across the region.
Prior to joining Netflix, Nichola was CEO of a regional insights agency where she helped Chief Marketing Officers and Heads of Insights across a variety of industries to capitalise on data and insights to grow market share and profitability.
She is passionate about nurturing people and talent, particularly making education and opportunities accessible to all.
Born in Britain, raised in Malaysia, long term resident in Singapore and frequent world traveller with her husband and two children, Nichola loves to celebrate cultural similarities and differences: by hearing others stories we all grow.
