Peter Brown MBE

Partner – Global People and Organisation Leader, PwC

Peter Brown leads PwC’s Global People & Organisation practice, which has over 13,500 practitioners in 121 countries advising clients on all elements of People & Workforce.  Peter regularly speaks on the subject of workforce of the future and workforce strategy, as well as the internal and external forces shaping the size, shape and structure of the workforce. 

Peter has over 20 years of global experience of advising clients around a number of workforce disciplines including: Organisation Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce technology, Attraction, Recruitment, Retention, Skilling, Risk and Pay, Purpose and Inclusion.  He has developed and led some of the largest and most complex people transformation programs in both the private and public sectors and is well known for innovative approaches. 

Peter joined PwC UK as a partner in September 2010 having previously held senior roles at other large professional services organisations. Prior to working in professional services, Peter was in the Royal Air Force and continues to support them as a Trustee of the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust, as an Ambassador for the RAF Museum and as an Hon Group Captain in No 601 (County of London) Squadron.
