Penny Scott-Bayfield

Penny Scott-Bayfield is on the Board and the Group Finance Director of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc, the FTSE 250 publishing group. Prior to this, she was Finance Director of Conde Nast Britain, and held senior finance roles at Sky Plc and lastminute.com plc. She is also Chair of the charity Ocean Youth Trust South and on the Global Advisory Board for the Centre for Synchronous Leadership’s Agents of Change. Penny started her career and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) with Deloitte. She has a first-class degree in Maths from University College, Durham, and has been a proud supporter of the Women of the Future programme since 2011.
