Nichole Viviani

Nichole Viviani is an accomplished leader with extensive experience shaping culture within global technology organizations. She currently serves as chief people, culture & change officer at Global Payments, where she oversees talent development, employee experience, leadership, real estate, facilities, physical security, and change management for cross company transformation.

Nichole joined Global Payments in January 2026 through the Worldpay acquisition, where she previously served as chief people officer. She is especially passionate about fostering high performance culture and creating an exceptional colleague experience.

Nichole has leadership experience in a number of global financial services and technology firms. She previously served as chief people and culture officer at Prima, a global InsurTech company, and as chief people, marketing and communications officer at Xplor Technologies.

Prior to this, she spent almost a decade in senior HR roles at Worldpay, leading people integration through multiple mergers and separations.

Nichole lives in Atlanta with her husband and dog, Peanut, and enjoys traveling to catch up with her three children in the UK.
