Louise Alexander-Brewer is the Corporate Human Resources Manager for Enterprise Mobility, the world’s largest mobility company, with a workforce of more than 90,000 team members worldwide. Leading the People function across the UK and Ireland, she brings 29 years of leadership and HR experience, including more than 14 years with Enterprise Mobility.

Louise plays a key role in shaping People strategies that drive engagement, performance, and growth across the business. Her leadership has contributed to Enterprise Mobility’s recognition as one of The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers and as a four-time recipient of the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award.

Passionate about inclusive cultures and developing future leaders, she advocates for diversity, inclusion, and social mobility, championing initiatives that support early-career professionals and create accessible pathways into leadership.
