Leonora Siccardi

Leonora Siccardi is a global business leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across the insurance and reinsurance industry.

She currently leads the Strategy & Execution function and Portfolio Solutions across Risk Capital, driving strategic priorities, growth initiatives, client value, and business transformation. She also serves as Chief Claims Officer for Aon Reinsurance, overseeing global claims, client services, and contract management capabilities across the business.

Throughout her career, Leonora has held a number of senior leadership positions across Aon, including Global Chief Operating Officer for Aon Reinsurance Solutions and Chief Operating Officer, EMEA. In these roles, she led large-scale operational transformation, governance, and execution across complex global and regional organizations.

Leonora is recognized for building and leading high-performing global teams, aligning strategy with execution, and delivering business transformation at scale. Her leadership spans client solutions, strategy, operations, claims, governance, talent development, and growth acceleration, with a strong focus on helping clients navigate increasingly complex risk environments and achieve sustainable outcomes.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Genoa and a Master’s in Risk Management from Bocconi Business School. She is also a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and the development of diverse talent across the organization.
