Fiona Pargeter-Griffin

Fiona Pargeter-Griffin is Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Chanel, where she leads the House’s global D&I strategy, ambitions, and governance, supporting the organisation to realise its ambition for a more inclusive culture.

With more than 25 years’ business and HR experience across the Financial Services and Luxury sectors, Fiona is also a Chartered Business Psychologist and Executive Coach, with a particular focus on leadership, organisational culture, inclusion and human potential.

Alongside her role at Chanel, Fiona contributes her expertise to a number of external advisory boards and committees, including the Conference Board’s European Inclusion Council, The Psychologist & Digest Editorial Advisory Committee, the Catalyst Europe Advisory Board and the Young Vic Development Board.
