Christina Gao

Christina heads up a global innovation team within bp’s Supply, Trading & Shipping business, focused on analysing and leveraging innovative technologies, rapid experimentations and ecosystem partnerships to address commercial opportunities and challenges. With over 15 years of international experience in the energy industry, she has worked across Singapore, Beijing and London, combining commercial leadership with a track record of delivering innovation and transformation in complex organisations.

Christina is also a winner at the inaugural Women of the Future Southeast Asia Awards in 2017, and has been an ardent supporter of the WOF initiatives ever since. Having experienced first-hand the importance of recognition, community and creating opportunities for women to progress, she is passionate about giving back to the initiative and championing the next generation of female talent.
