Anca Raines

Anca Raines is the Chief People Officer of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team. In her role, she is responsible for the team’s HR, Wellbeing and Health and Safety functions, and leads the company’s equality, diversity, and inclusion activities.

Born in Romania, Anca spent a portion of her childhood in Beijing, China before heading to the UK at the age of 19 to pursue a degree in theatre directing. After completing her degree, she discovered her passion for driving performance through people and has since built over 20 years of experience in HR and Consulting.
