Alexandra McKenzie

A career diplomat, Alex has spent her career focusing on Europe and Asia, with postings to Beijing, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Bangkok and Brunei – the latter of which she served as High Commissioner. In the UK, she has worked on European enlargement policy, Southeast Asia policy, the Windsor Framework (Northern Ireland) and crisis preparation and response. She is passionate about using her platform for good, in particular gender equality and women’s empowerment, and has been honoured to work with Women of the Future since 2018.
